Application Review

Our team will review your application and our team will review your application and contact you within one business day.

Secure Placement

Payment of the registration fee secures your child’s place. Payment and banking details will be arranged directly with the school after review.

What You’ll Need to Apply

Before starting the application, please have the following information available. The online form will guide you through each step.

Child’s Information

Child’s full name, date of birth, current age and intended starting date.

Parent or Guardian Details

Names, contact numbers, email addresses and residential information for the child’s parent or guardian.

Programme and Campus

Select Preschool or Aftercare, the appropriate age group or grade, and your preferred Groenkol or Aerorand campus.

Medical and Emergency Details

Important medical information, allergies, emergency contacts and details of authorised persons who may collect the child.

Digital Agreements

Parents can digitally accept the school rules, indemnity, media consent and POPIA/privacy consent as part of the application.

Parents who prefer completing the application offline may download the relevant PDF application documents below.

Completed documents may be returned directly to the school or emailed to admin@toddlersacademy.co.za.

(Additional supporting documents may be requested after the application has been reviewed.)

Ages 3–24 months Groenkol campus only

Preschool Program

Ages 2–6 years Full-day and half-day options Groenkol and Aerorand

Aftercare Programme

Grades R–7 - School terms: 12:00–17:30 - Groenkol and Aerorand

School-Holiday Care

Grades R–7 School holidays: 07:00–17:00 Groenkol and Aerorand
